A 6-week online course to optimize self-care, increase resilience and a solution-focused mindset so you can care for your team, employees or students without sacrificing your own well-being.

In this experiential online course you will:

  • Learn a personal strategy of self-care so your own well-being is not sacrificed by caring for others

  • Increase skills for mental toughness

  • Learn to turn Post Traumatic Stress into Post Traumatic Growth

  • Increase time management, goal setting and prioritization skills

  • Clarify and upgrade your personal and professional WHY that applies to NOW

  • Increase boundary setting

  • Learn how to create an office or at home culture that prioritizes self-care and personal accountability

  • Gain tools to talk with your team and staff about pandemic challenges while still creating accountability and optimized performance

  • Build a confidential and inspiring community of leaders who can support and challenge one another in pursuit of your goals and vision

WHAT this course is:

  • An experiential course in learning tools for personal resilience that will assist in self-awareness, self-care and a solution focused mindset

  • A course involving personal work, group teaching, group discussion and mastermind team work to discuss and problem solve issues and challenges that are universal

  • An opportunity to learn new ways to old problems in the artistic landscape

  • These tools once mastered for the self can then be applied in team work, management and leadership.

  • A safe space to question, evaluate, explore and learn about psychology, human behavior, leadership and communication skills, particularly around challenging topics like self-care, mental health and trauma.

WHO this course if for:

  • Self-identified leaders (people who manage others) including: administrators, educators, managers, CEOs, business owners, executive directors, board leaders, non-profit leaders

  • Individual who have the capacity to self-reflect, be self-aware and the ability to tolerate discomfort in the process of growth

  • Individuals how have a growth mindset and want to lead forward

  • Individuals who have already done some self-work through tools like: meditation, journaling, therapy, yoga, acupuncture, coaching or retreats.

  • Individuals who want transformation for themselves and believe that leadership is by authentic, congruent example. You lead by example, not just by words.

  • WHAT this course is NOT:

  • Group therapy: there will be no diagnosing of mental health or therapeutic interventions. If therapy or psychiatry is a more beneficial tool, then that option must come first

  • A place to diagnose or treat your employees, students or team members

  • A place for crisis treatment

  • This is not in any way a certification or training program in psychology, medical advice, psychiatry or crisis intervention

WHO this course is NOT for:

  • Individuals who need immediate medical or psychological assistance with personal therapy, seeing a medical doctor or psychiatrist

  • Individuals in crisis

  • Individuals who perceive they are at “rock bottom” and have no bandwidth to think, observe, reflect or try new things

  • Individuals who struggle with empathy

Logistics:

  • All meetings will take place on zoom.

  • A supplemental workbook will be provided.

  • Additional reading of books, articles, blogs and other tools including apps, podcasts or other platforms may be recommended and are at the participants own investment.

  • All classes will be recorded and made available through private access only for course participants.

  • Payment is due at the time of registration and is non-transferable and non-refundable unless mutually agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the course.

  • All participation is confidential.

  • Participants must be ready to participate on zoom with video on.

  • Participation is limited to 12 participants to ensure enough time and space for individual attention and an intimate cohort.
